1. Service Description

Bible Camera provides photo capture and selection, image atmosphere analysis, verse suggestions, filters and layouts, creation history, and image or short-video generation and sharing. Some features may require an internet connection, device permissions, or active Pro access.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms where you live. Users below the legal age should use the app only after a parent or guardian has read and accepted these terms. You are responsible for following applicable local laws.

3. Device Permissions and Your Content

Camera, photo, saving, and sharing features require the corresponding system permissions. You may refuse or withdraw permission at any time, but the affected feature may no longer work.

You retain your rights in content you capture, select, or create and confirm that you have the right to use it. You may not use the app to create, save, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful content, or to violate another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.

4. Pro Purchases and Subscriptions

Bible Camera may offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Final pricing, currency, taxes, and access details are shown before you confirm the purchase.

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
• Renewal charges follow the terms displayed on the purchase screen;
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device account's subscription settings;
• Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that unlocks the features promised at the time of purchase; it does not mean the app or every online capability will remain unchanged forever;
• Refunds, reversals, and billing disputes are handled under the rules of the platform where you completed the purchase.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. After changing devices or reinstalling, you can use Restore Purchases to try to restore eligible access.

5. Verse Suggestions and Content Notice

Verse suggestions are provided for personal inspiration, journaling, and reflection. They are not religious, psychological, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Automated matches may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify the original Scripture and seek appropriate professional or faith-based support before making important decisions.

Wording may vary between languages, editions, and regions. We work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee that every quotation, interpretation, or match will always be completely accurate.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for user content, Bible Camera's software, interface, brand, graphics, layouts, copy, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without written permission, you may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or use them to create a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Scripture text may be subject to its respective rights or usage rules. You are responsible for ensuring that you have any necessary rights before publicly, commercially, or widely distributing exported creations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not interfere with the app's operation, bypass payment or access restrictions, scrape content in bulk, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that may harm the app, other users, or the lawful rights of any person.

8. Changes and Availability

We may update, pause, or modify features for security, compliance, maintenance, or improvement. We will make reasonable efforts to keep core features available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or identical availability across every device, region, or network environment.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible beyond mandatory legal requirements for losses caused by device failure, network interruption, user error, unauthorized content use, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, liability for personal injury, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

10. Termination

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. If you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, or if continuing to provide a feature creates a security, legal, or rights-related risk, we may limit access to that feature where reasonably necessary. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law without affecting rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live. If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it through good-faith communication. Mandatory legal rules continue to apply where relevant.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in features, law, or operations. We will provide notice of material changes through the app, website, or another appropriate method and update the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the app after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
