2. Information We Process

Photos, camera access, and creations

The app accesses your camera or selected photos only when you choose to take or select an image. Photos are used for scene analysis, verse matching, filters, layout, and image or video creation. Original photos are not sent for verse matching.

Photos, short videos, verse selections, and editing history that you save are stored on your device so you can continue editing or revisit previous creations. We do not publish this content for you unless you choose to save, share, or send it.

Information used for verse matching

To provide verse suggestions that better fit the moment, the app may process a brief scene description produced on your device, along with the mood, need, language, and viewed verses you choose. Verse matching may require an internet connection, but the matching information does not include the original photo and is not used for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking.

Purchase and subscription information

When you purchase a Pro option, the app receives the product, transaction status, and expiration information needed to confirm your access. We do not receive or store your full card number, complete payment credentials, or account password.

Information you provide

When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it only to reply, resolve your request, and retain necessary support records.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide capture, verse matching, editing, saving, and sharing features;
• Confirm subscription or lifetime access and restore purchases;
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot problems that affect normal use;
• Protect the security and reliability of the service and prevent misuse;

We do not sell your personal information or use your photos or matching content for targeted advertising.

Any party assisting with these functions is expected to protect information to standards no lower than those described in this policy and to process it only for the agreed purpose.

We use reasonable administrative and security measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in photos, mood descriptions, or support emails.

5. Retention and Deletion

Creations stored on your device remain there until you delete them in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Online matching information is processed only as long as needed to complete the request, protect the service, and meet necessary obligations, after which it is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve the matter and meet necessary obligations.

You can delete saved creations directly in the app. You may also use the email address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we may hold about you. We may need to reasonably verify a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can withdraw camera or photo access in your device settings;
• You can choose not to provide mood or need information, or stop using online matching;
• You can delete saved creations in the app;
• You can contact us to exercise rights granted by applicable law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.

Withdrawing a permission or deleting certain information may prevent the related feature from working, but it does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the change.

7. Children's Privacy

Bible Camera is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children below the legal age in their region. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit personal profiles. If a guardian believes a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us.

8. International Processing

Depending on your location and feature availability, information needed for online functions may be processed outside your country or region. Where applicable, we require reasonable safeguards and handling consistent with this policy.
